Mr. Wendell Mok is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a Registered Professional Surveyor.

Mr. Wendell Mok has over 20 years’ of quantity surveying experiences in handling various projects including residential, retail, office, restaurants, clubs and hospitality projects.

He is strong in providing professional quantity surveying experiences and has legal background in numerous expert witness and litigation proceedings in Hong Kong, Macau, China, and South east Asia projects.

Mr. CK Leung is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a Registered Professional Surveyor, a Member of the Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Buildings, a Member of Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Construction.

He has over 20 years of experience in property development and construction industries gained in Hong Kong, mainland China and other overseas countries, like Republic of Ireland and Dubai, etc. with expertise in advising on procurement selection, tendering procedures and contract packaging, initial budget setup, cost control, life cycle costing, value engineering, risk management, contract administration and dispute resolution.

Mr. SK Yeung has around 20 years’ of quantity surveying experiences in handling various projects including residential, factory, retail, office, commercial complex and government hospitality projects.

Mr. SK Yeung has gained experience from consultants, asset consultant and contractor companies. His mixed experience include refurbishment, fitting out and E&M, repair & maintenance works and new buildings for hotels and casinos, leisure, retail, shopping malls, office/ commercial, corporate/banks and industrial in Hong Kong, Macau and PRC regions.

Mr. Kenny Pong is a quantity surveyor with 19 years intensive in pre and post contract quantity surveying experience of civil and interior projects in Hong Kong and Macau.

With core competencies in minimizing the costs of projects, possessing excellent foresight when working on construction projects and communicating effectively with contractors and consultants.
